Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and schedule targets.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, planning) to optimize processes.
• Manage production area resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
