Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of the shop floor.
• Supervise, train, and mentor manufacturing staff.
• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate with procurement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment and schedule necessary maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding production status.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
