Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process, addressing any deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, sales, and administration, to achieve organizational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with production planning, quality control, and inventory management.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• - Certification in Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies
• - Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
