Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM).
• Identify and eliminate waste in all forms across manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Facilitate and lead continuous improvement events (Kaizen events) with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized work procedures to ensure consistency and improve productivity.
• Analyze production data, process flows, and plant layouts to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor employees at all levels on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban).
• Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for root cause analysis and decision-making.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events, training teams, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.) or a related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and analysis
• Demonstrated experience in change management methodologies
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing
