Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping and process analysis to identify waste and inefficiencies.
• Implement Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke across production lines.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean implementation and report progress.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste reduction techniques.
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) within a manufacturing context.
• PMP Certification or advanced project management software skills.
