Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping and process analysis to identify waste and inefficiencies.
- Implement Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke across production lines.
- Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Train and mentor production teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean implementation and report progress.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence.
Recommended Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
- Demonstrated experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste reduction techniques.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) within a manufacturing context.
- PMP Certification or advanced project management software skills.
