Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Conduct capacity planning to ensure alignment between production plans and available resources.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to synchronize supply and demand.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans in response to demand shifts or production disruptions.
• Optimize inventory levels to meet customer service targets while minimizing carrying costs.
• Generate and analyze key scheduling metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide critical input and support for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or production control.
• Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production schedules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional alignment.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis, Asprova).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
