Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and capacity.
• Translate sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets into feasible production plans.
• Monitor production progress, inventory levels, and capacity utilization, adjusting schedules as necessary.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, purchasing, and logistics to align plans.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and production bottlenecks.
• Analyze production performance metrics and implement schedule adjustments to optimize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Manage lead times for raw materials and finished goods to ensure customer order fulfillment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) and advanced planning tools; strong data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex production schedules, balancing demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain principles, and S&OP methodology.
• APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP modules (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis)
