Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing of components and finished goods.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and document findings.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and implement automated test solutions to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed test reports and documentation.
• Participate in product reviews and contribute to design for testability efforts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, regression, environmental).
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, document, and resolve product defects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) for manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and related testing challenges.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and its application in quality testing.
• Experience with test automation for embedded systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles as they apply to connected manufacturing devices.
