Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Design and build test fixtures and equipment to automate testing processes.
• Analyze test data to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to resolve product issues.
• Document test results, findings, and recommendations.
• Perform root cause analysis of product failures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools relevant to hardware and software integration.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results to identify trends and defects.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and production.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming
• - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation
• - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) principles
• - Understanding of Lean manufacturing methodologies
