Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for production staff, supervisors, and management.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and new technology implementation.
• Source and vet external training providers and subject matter experts when necessary.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Track and report on training completion rates, effectiveness, and ROI.
• Ensure all training complies with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate training sessions for specific skills, such as machine operation, safety procedures, or lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively for training initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
• - Proficiency in developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual instructor-led training.
• - Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting.
• - Certification in a relevant training methodology (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications).
• - Experience with change management initiatives related to new manufacturing processes or technologies.
