Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying and addressing discrepancies, obsolescence, and slow-moving stock.
• Plan and execute regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, reconciling variances.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to optimize material flow and storage.
• Establish and enforce inventory policies to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track inventory movement, forecast demand, and generate reports.
• Implement strategies to improve inventory turns, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies (e.g., JIT, Lean, ABC analysis) and demand forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; APICS certification preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with WMS or ERP system implementation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners.
