Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices within the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and shelving systems.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and safety incidents.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and warehouse security protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Proven track record in implementing and optimizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• - Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
