Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations according to blueprints and specifications.
- Inspect welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to standards.
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including arc, MIG, and TIG welders.
- Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper tool maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Fabricate and assemble metal components using various welding techniques.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
- Proven experience with various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Cored).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding equipment and associated tools.
- Understanding of metallurgy and welding techniques for different materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control and safety standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Proficiency in advanced welding techniques like TIG or MIG.
- - Experience with robotic welding systems.
- - Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods.
- - Familiarity with various welding inspection tools and equipment.
- - Knowledge of metallurgy and material science relevant to manufacturing.
