Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, arranging for repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet manufacturing and customer demands.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize warehouse processes and reduce costs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• - Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) implementation or advanced configuration
• - Certification in supply chain or logistics management (e.g., APICS CSCP)
• - Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse warehouse team, including training and development
