Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to resolve issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production targets.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
