Salary Range: $55,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• - Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• - Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• - Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment application.
• - Participate in inventory accounting, including cost tracking, valuation, and variance analysis.
• - Help prepare financial statements, reports, and other required documentation.
• - Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• - Assist with audit preparations and provide supporting documentation to external auditors.
• - Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand manufacturing processes and their financial impact.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in GAAP and manufacturing cost accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• - Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• - Understanding of cost accounting principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
