Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working with engineering and production teams to resolve them.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
• Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports to management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure testability and quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in root cause analysis of product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality regulations, and customer specifications during testing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, reliability, and environmental testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#) for manufacturing test environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications for test setup and execution.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and statistical process control (SPC) in a manufacturing context.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance.
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles and software.
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation.
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
