Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line operations.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of assembly technicians.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and efficiency metrics are consistently met.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies within the assembly area.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory of assembly components and raw materials to prevent shortages.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including motivation, training, and performance evaluation.
• Strong technical knowledge of assembly processes, blueprints, tools, and quality control methodologies.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to address production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team instruction, reporting, and inter-departmental collaboration.
• Commitment to workplace safety standards and quality assurance practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., IPC J-STD-001, robotics, automation).
• Demonstrated project management experience for process improvements or new product introductions.
