Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration and optimization within manufacturing processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and pilot projects to showcase solutions and validate performance in client manufacturing environments.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and propose optimal application solutions for manufacturing automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored proposals and support the sales cycle for complex manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related issues in manufacturing settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on the proper use and application of manufacturing technologies.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of manufacturing products and solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical proficiency in manufacturing processes, automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, robotics), and relevant software (CAD/CAM, MES).
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues, troubleshoot applications, and develop effective solutions in a manufacturing context.
• Experience providing pre-sales technical consultation, product demonstrations, and post-sales support to clients.
• Skill in configuring, testing, and integrating manufacturing applications or systems with existing operational infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations, training, and documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, additive manufacturing, or machine vision systems.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) or simulation software.
