Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure production schedules and targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Monitor and maintain product quality standards through regular inspections and adherence to specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or bottlenecks to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, quality control) to improve processes and product designs.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address production issues and optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to workplace safety regulations and continuous quality improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Previous experience in a trainer or mentor capacity.
