Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Manage field service inventory and ensure necessary parts are available for service calls.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing field service duties.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, as well as using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical personnel.

Bonus Qualifications

• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin) for international client support.
• Experience with advanced industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Demonstrated ability to train end-users on complex machinery operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for predictive maintenance.
