Salary Range: $46,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, perform 3-way matching with purchase orders and receiving documents, and prepare payments.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, conduct collection calls, and resolve customer billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate AP and AR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations for AP and AR.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding payment and billing inquiries.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation.
• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail in financial data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience with purchase order matching, invoice processing, and cash application within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
• Familiarity with 3-way matching processes for raw materials and production components.
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles or inventory valuation methods.
• Experience with multi-entity or intercompany transactions within a manufacturing environment.
