Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce waste.
  • Train, coach, and mentor manufacturing teams on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress to ensure sustained improvements.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels in problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Identify root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain standardized work procedures and best practices across production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (e.g., ASQ CSSBB or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools (e.g., DMAIC, SPC, FMEA).
  • Proven ability to drive cultural change, mentor teams, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced analytical software (e.g., Minitab, Power BI) or simulation tools.
  • Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing process optimization.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver Continuous Improvement training programs.
  • Experience in financial modeling to quantify project benefits and ROI.
