Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Process payroll, administer employee benefits, and maintain confidential HR records.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with month-end financial closing procedures.
- Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and coordinating facility maintenance.
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for non-production vendors and service providers.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management team and manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing basic financial reports for internal review.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Demonstrated experience with payroll processing and related tax filings.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proven ability to manage office operations, including supply procurement and administrative support.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost accounting principles in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP B1, Epicor)
- Familiarity with inventory accounting, job costing, or cost of goods sold (COGS) in a manufacturing context
- Prior experience assisting with HR administration, such as new hire onboarding or benefits coordination
- Experience coordinating facilities maintenance or equipment servicing schedules
