Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Coach and mentor teams and individuals on the application of CI tools and mindsets.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their sustained implementation across relevant departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent advanced certification.
• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, DOE).
• Demonstrated track record of successfully driving measurable operational improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
• Strong project management, change management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI)
• Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 or Digital Transformation initiatives
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI for complex modeling)
