Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to gather market intelligence and refine forecasts.
• Lead or participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) demand review process.
• Monitor and report on forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for deviations.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and external factors.
• Manage and optimize forecasting tools and systems, such as ERP and specialized forecasting software.
• Assess and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations to stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools, along with strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, statistical modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, S&OP processes, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
