Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, including capital expenditures, operational costs, and utility expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and building regulations (OSHA, EPA, local codes).
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services.
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects, renovations, and new equipment installations to support production needs.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
• Optimize space utilization and layout to enhance production efficiency and workplace safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, industrial equipment maintenance, and utility infrastructure.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, environmental) and quality standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience with budget management, vendor negotiation, and capital project execution.
• Proficiency in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for preventive and reactive maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies applied to facilities operations.
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., FMP, CFM) or project management (e.g., PMP).
• Demonstrated experience with energy management systems, sustainability initiatives, or LEED certification projects.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS functionalities and integration with ERP systems.
