Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), develop budgets, and implement financial controls to optimize profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for operational growth, efficiency improvements, and market competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Optimize supply chain management and logistics to ensure efficient material flow and timely delivery of products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on talent development.
• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, supply chain, and quality.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility and robust financial acumen in a manufacturing environment.
• Track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean methodologies.
• Strategic planning and business development capabilities to achieve growth objectives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational region or customer base
• Proven experience leading successful digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Active involvement in relevant industry associations or community leadership roles
