Salary Range: $78,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions for internal and external quality issues using 8D methodology.
- Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, FMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in customer and certification audits to ensure IATF 16949 compliance.
- Support APQP activities and lead PPAP submissions for new product launches and engineering changes.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish and optimize in-process quality controls and inspection methods.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Strong proficiency in automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
- Experience conducting internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience in supplier quality development programs and initiatives
