Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, optimizing operational costs and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance and reduce waste.
- Maintain high product quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and defect reduction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and long-term business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize production, and achieve operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills with a focus on safety.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation)
- Proven track record in change management and organizational development
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering Management)
