Salary Range: $48,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose malfunctions.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, and equipment using hand tools and specialized equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repair and maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery malfunctions.
• Experience executing and documenting preventive maintenance procedures.
• Demonstrated understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Proficiency in welding and light fabrication.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
