Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and calibrate industrial robotic systems.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic cells.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software malfunctions in robots.
  • Repair or replace faulty robotic components and peripheral equipment.
  • Program and teach new robot paths, waypoints, and operational sequences.
  • Optimize robot performance for production efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
  • Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
  • Proven experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing robotic systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software components.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
  • Basic to intermediate robot programming and teach pendant operation skills.
  • Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their interface with robotic cells.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++ for advanced robot control or data acquisition.
  • Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
  • Experience with CAD software or robot simulation tools.
