Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across DeWitt seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operations workers.
• Train new employees on company procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs or facilitate larger repairs with maintenance.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
