Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
• Oversee product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished goods.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage customer feedback and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and developing a quality team.
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.
