Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and associate engagement within the value stream.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of value stream objectives.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget management for the assigned value stream.
• Champion the development and implementation of standard work and best practices across the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and their application (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Project management experience, preferably with certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
