Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define, map, and optimize value streams to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve value stream performance targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture within the value stream, utilizing Lean principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to meet customer demand and optimize operational efficiency.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and their practical application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
