Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing employees.
• Coordinate external training providers and internal subject matter experts.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for tracking training completion.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure all training initiatives comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs assessments and develop effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
