Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for new manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identify and document defects in manufacturing software and hardware.
• Collaborate with development and production teams to resolve identified issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration.
• Analyze test data and generate reports on product performance and quality.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and internal protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing, executing, and automating test plans and procedures for electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of data acquisition systems, sensor technologies, and control systems.
• Experience with programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW).
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
