Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across the Montague area seeking Electrical Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Usual Responsibilities

• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment on the plant floor.
• Program and modify PLC and HMI logic for automated processes.
• Ensure equipment and designs meet electrical codes and safety standards.
• Work with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime.
• Document changes and maintain accurate electrical records.
• Design and test electrical systems and components for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults on machinery and control systems.
• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and machine safety standards.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project management experience for equipment upgrades.
• Experience with variable frequency drives and motor controls.
• Familiarity with robotics or automated assembly systems.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training.
