Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Design, implement, and optimize production layouts, material flow, and workstation designs.
• Develop and standardize work procedures, visual controls, and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and report on the impact of Lean initiatives on key performance indicators (e.g., cost, quality, delivery).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 3+ years experience implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Experience with manufacturing process optimization and waste reduction
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
