Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, including capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during facility maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan.
• Lead facility expansion, renovation, and relocation projects.
• Develop and execute emergency preparedness and disaster recovery plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing facility maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Experience with CMMS implementation or optimization
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
