Salary Range: $143,000 - $194,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage plant budget, control operational costs, and identify areas for financial improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and R&D to align plant operations with overall business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget control, and cost reduction within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
- Demonstrated experience leading significant automation or Industry 4.0 implementation projects.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations.
