Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations and production schedules to meet targets.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Lead, train, and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the supply chain for material availability.

Recommended Qualifications
