Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D departments to optimize operational efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure the technical integrity, reliability, and manufacturability of products and processes.
• Manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and technology roadmap.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) applied to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from concept to production.
• Ability to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and process optimization initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation solutions
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
