Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
• Lead and manage all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and product release processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts using tools like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Manage the Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) process and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including audits and performance monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for predictive quality analytics
• Experience integrating Quality Management Systems with ERP or MES platforms
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly in a language relevant to global supply chains or customer bases
