Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, including supplier and customer audits.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Oversee quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and process monitoring to ensure product quality.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Manage and develop the quality assurance team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Ensure products meet all specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Strong understanding and application of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• ASQ certification (e.g., CQM/OE, CQA, CSSBB) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated experience leading complex quality improvement projects
• Lean Master certification or extensive experience driving Lean manufacturing transformations
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains or international operations
