Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee all product inspection, testing, and quality control processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Manage supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  • Strong understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor quality teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
  • Certification as a Lead Auditor for a relevant industry standard (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
  • Proven experience with supplier quality management and development programs
  • Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 integration within quality systems
