Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality procedures, standards, and inspection techniques.
• Maintain and update all quality documentation, records, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality technicians or inspectors.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Direct experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
