Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Ensure manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) processes and procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and report on key quality metrics.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality discrepancies and improve processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with core quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and 8D problem-solving methodology.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and mentor quality personnel.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms (e.g., SAP QM, MasterControl)
