Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and prepare regular reports for management.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to production and quality staff on quality protocols and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory or lead experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their practical application.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and 8D problem-solving.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits
• Familiarity with supplier quality management processes
